What began in 2018 with a simple question – "Why is good food for my dog so hard to find?" – is now a trusted place for pet owners who want more than just fast shipping. We built ourselves step by step, always with an ear to our customers and the paws of our own animals.
From the first small store in Salzburg to our own online shop with over 500 items: every decision was one for quality, transparency, and genuine advice. Our team grew, our range became broader – but the standard remained the same: pets deserve the best, and their people deserve an honest answer.
Angelina Hauser opens the first small specialty store for species-appropriate pet food in Salzburg's Old Town. After just six months, the range has grown to over 200 products – all tested on her own dogs and cats.
Demand rises rapidly. We move to larger premises at Carina-Heindl-Weg 1 and simultaneously launch mail-order sales. Within a year, orders double – and we hire our first three permanent employees.
With Dipl.-Ing. Johann Schuller B.A. as head of animal nutrition, we establish a free feed consultation service. Over 1,200 personal consultations per year help owners make the right choice for their pet.
We receive the "Animal Welfare Tested" seal of approval from the Austrian Animal Protection Association. Our range now includes over 800 products, and we are planning a second location in Vienna. The journey continues – with the same respect for every animal.
